- For the money I knew it was a long shot. The hood is an interesting clothes pin type designed hanger. It won’t work with certain style mounts so be careful. For example it wont work handle bar mounted RAM Ball mount and NUVI 52. The NUVI clips into the RAM and it cant if the hood is on. So, it cant be used with RAM ball mount

- My Garmin 5 is used exclusively in a collector car: no modern bells or whistles and no 12 v receptacle!With top down it is almost impossible to counter the sun effect, but with the shade installed, I can now view the map without difficulty. A small add on that pays continually pays for itself every time I take the car out!! Just be certain the chosen shade is compatible to your GPS.
- Too small for Garmin OTR 500
- I gave a garmin GPS mounted on my motorcycle. It sits behind a windshield and stays in place even at high speeds. The visor really helps with seeing the screen in direct sunlight. Not perfect, but helpful and worth the price.
- This works beautifully on our Garmin. It could not be more perfect. My husband and I both rate it a 10/10 which rarely happens. I would absolutely recommend it. Check your measurements and buy it immediately.

- This is my third GPS . everything works fine but letters and picture is smaller than other Garmin I have.I am senior so little hard to read from my driver side.
