- Install was fairly simple, only complicated because the screen is recessed in the dash. My biggest issue is the touch screen seems slow to respond to touches now, and the screen protector shows finger prints easily while the factory screen didn\'t. Not bad for the price but not overly thrilled with it.
- It could be about an inch longer but it might be shorter to help with installation. This fits well with my 2017 F-350 and the picture and touch sensor is great
- This screen protector is great. As others have pointed out, it makes the screen feel like a cell phone, and it seems to make the screen more responsive, and certainly easier to clean. Installation tips: Grab a bottle of compressed air and really spray the entire area down before applying. I guarantee this will reduce the chance of having dust stick behind the protector. I usually do this several times, letting everything settle before wiping and spraying compressed air again. Use the suction cup in the upper right corner and place a \"dust remover strip\" in the lower left corner. Position the upper right corner first, pressing down to ensure adhesion. From the upper right corner work at a diagonal pressing air out as you go. DO NOT let the lower left corner adhere until very last. You can work out small bubbles when the entire protector has been applied, the center is most critical during initial application. The dust strip is not strong enough to lift the protector, so you can easily lift it from the corner. The suction cup is a different story. To avoid air bubbles beneath the cup, place your finger nail at the edge of the cup and peel from the left to right toward the edge of the protector. This is the method I used and the protector went on perfectly, no bubbles, and no dust. Try it out. Hope it works for you.
- Feels more like a firm sheet of plastic but very elaborate packaging says it\'s tempered glass in multiple places. I\'m not so sure about that as it feels like and looks plastic and bends about as easy as a plastic card. That said, I do like the product on the SYNC 3 screen. It applied easily enough and the air bubbles pushed out from underneath for the most part. There are two bubbles that will not go away no matter how many times I\'ve firmly pushed the panel onto the screen. One is at the top corner and the other about an inch or so inward on the top edge. Not bubbles that can be pushed out from underneath but must be a couple spots that the screen itself or the (plastic) panel aren\'t perfectly flat to join to each other. The OEM screen actually looks better for the glossy-ness the * probably * plastic sheet gives attached. The OEM screen has a matte like finish so this glossy screen protector makes it shiny instead and I like the appearance better with it applied than the OEM look. Overall, worth the $8 shipped to me and it\'s a keeper.
- Fit is perfect on a 15-18 Ford focus. It definitely makes it look more \"high-end.\"Touch response seem slightly reduced but still works fine, just feels like you have to press a little bit harder.The install kit is garbage. Get a nice microfiber and some ammonia free glass cleaner. The cloth it comes with gets lint everywhere.Once cleaned, it goes on easy and looks great.
- This was an easy install. But! After the glass was installed I went to tap the upper left area for the apps and it cracked. The very first time a waist of money.
- The product is great but be careful when you put it on, I cracked a little bit in the corner. But it still works. Great product but not forgiving if you mess up on installation. So I give the product a five and for Installing I give myself a three. Have a steady hand.
- I was worried about losing a bit of the responsiveness on the screen if I put a screen cover on, but it still works great. In fact, I actually like it a little better. Before the navigation cover was installed the touch screen was a bit soft. You push in a bit for it to respond. Now it\'s much more like a phone screen. I don\'t feel like I have to push as hard to get a response.The only minor con is that there is a bit of a reflection, but it\'s pretty rare when the sun can hit the angle just right to cause any glare or noticeable reflection.For the most part it looks much cleaner. Even when the truck is turned off I don\'t really see fingerprints. I thought it was a little silly buying a screen protector for a truck, but I absolutely recommend it for the price.
